Dave Serio has been in the automotive business for over 30 years in many different capacities. He started in the business as an auto salesman and graduated quickly to automotive sales manager. Dave's automotive past includes dealer service department management, finance and insurance manager, and service advisor. From 1991-2002 Dave operated My Mechanic, an independent auto service facility in Randallstown. Currently, he operates Vehicle Service Plus in Bel Air.
Dave started in radio while in Florida in 1979 at WRKT AM/FM. After a year of afternoon drive experience, he moved back to Baltimore and secured an on air position at WITH FM. Dave also served as president of a successful mobile disc jockey business until 1996. Since then, Dave has been host of the You Auto Know radio program on Baltimore's AM 680 WCBM each Saturday from 8-10am and ABC Satellite each Saturday from 10am-noon.
You may also recognize Dave from a regular feature which used to air on WJZ Channel 13's You Auto Know segment each Friday offering automobile maintenance and repair advice. Dave has three beautiful girls- Angela, Nicole and Samantha.
